LAW OF NURSING
When we talk about the nurses, we
would imagine that nurses will doing injection. Where as the laws of medicine
has been explain that the administration of drugs and injection authorized
doctor. Very disappointing to see the death of a patient and the nurse can’t
give drugs to save the patient. Duty nurse is to meet basic needs and provide
understanding of the desease in patient. Until now there are still gaps of duty
nurse.
law of Nursing was passed on
September, 24 2014. law of nursing to guide the nursing
profession in the works. But there is not institution that is able to protect
nurses in the work, ie the nursing council. The nursing council not only duty
is the protect the nurses, also as an institution that issued the letter of
registration nurse. And the person who gives the standard of a nurse should
come from the nurse. In other words, the nursing council should consist of
professional nurses.
In the law of nursing, has explained
that the letter of registration is used for practice nurses in open land. But,
the letter of registration became the standard for work at the hospital. Then,
to what the nursing graduates, if the nurse can’t work at the hospital. I hope, the nursing council quickly formed
and the nurses get protection as a doctor and midewife. Keep fighting nurses.
